How to control your emotions in the hard time

Have you ever wondered what is it like to live without emotions ? like an empty shell which seek it 's missing cycle . emotions are so important in our life and we deal with it 24/7 on a daily basis .however, sometimes emotions can get over the top that we can bear and once we had reached the break point it starts to take control over our feelings . that's when it is time to be prepared for controlling our emotions in hard times . basically , the first step is to be in control of your life and how your life look like on a daily basis . are you letting simple reasons turn to big argument just to have something to talk about ? are you the easy going minded person who just let go of arguments and problems ? are you the gossiper type of person who just love to snap on people then gets angry of their reaction ? are you the calm quite person who listen to people's gossip about you then get mad inside and emotional ? once you determine your life and your self ,you can move to the second step and analyze your emotions . could you find the reason that make you emotional ? can you get rid of reasons that make you emotional ? can you conquer anger cycle in peaceful mode ? once you determine that , then move to third step which is self steam boost . simply by putting your defense mechanism whether in a self talk or a smile or a group talk . you can defeat the bad emotions that take over your mind . try to love your self steam and forget about details   in life that might target your peaceful mind . other types of emotions we can not control including grief and extreme sadness that might turn to depression might target your concentration in general . try to be strong to not let any reason affect your life . think about the positive side and try to find positive reasons that might caused the emotions to aciculate to that level . love your self and be in control
