How to make middle eastern eggs

Ingredients :
To serve two people you will need
One big chopped onion
two big tomatoes cut in little square pieces
One big green pepper
One big red chilli pepper
Two tablespoon of tomatoe paste
Four eggs
One tablespoon of vegetable oil
One teaspoon of salt and pepper mixture
One teaspoon of all spice
One tablespoon of shredded chadder cheese
Preparation :
Cut the green and red chilli pepper in little square pieces.
Prepare a frying pan then add the vegetable oil until it gets hot.
Add the onion to the frying pan and green and red chilli pepper and tomatoes and all spice and salt and pepper then stir well until the onion turns light brown.
Add the eggs and stir well and tomatoe paste and one tablespoon of water.
Stir well until the eggs are cooked well .
Serve with pita bread and white goat cheese.
